I am never really impressed with the producers of grass seed. This time around I am. This stuff works great. I just simply raked the area and spread the mix. In about 3 days it was growing. In a week I realized I should have bought more and did. Next spring I am going to use another 20#. Great product.

Takes 7-10 days to start. Lasted about one month but high heat killed off about 50 percent. Should be better result in early spring
