ABAB: I never had pearl couscous and I have no other brand to compare this to. The couscous was extremely tasty, and I added some broccoli while it cooked for the last 4 mins. I will definitely stock up my pantry with other flavors for a quick side dish. I recommend cooking this with broth, if you have it on hand, instead of water. I used homemade vegetable broth.
