Amazon Customer: Quick and easy to prepare. I often cook up some lentils, and add them to the couscous after its done cooking, which is the perfect complete protein combination for this. Definitely will be ordering again.

Remy Z.: Always loved this couscous, and this set is a better deal than buying individually in stores. One whole box fits perfectly in a 2 quart pyrex bowl, so to avoid making an extra pot dirty, just toss it in there with water boiled in a kettle, microwave some peas while it sits and absorbs the water for 3-5 minutes, throw the peas in with a shoitload of salt, fluff it up, and bam, done. It really is that fast of a meal. It also claims to be far more than one serving, but, yknow, ymmv. It makes good leftovers (even cold), but if you have a big hungry tummy and it's your whole meal, a person can def finish a box alone.
Pro tip for the pyrex method tho: have your couscous, oil, and seasonings already in the bowl before the water is ready. Measure it in a glass measuring cup as fast as you can so it cools down as little as possible. After you pour the hopefully-still-near-boiling water in onto the couscous, immediately put the lid almost all of the way on, just open enough that you can slide a fork in there to mix the couscous into the water, super quick, so it's all covered. Then get outta town and cover it the rest of the way and don't let any more steam escape than you absolutely...
