ALMA MILLER: Nice book well organized but in black and white. The author lets you know that he printed in b & w to save on printing costs. He also provides a website where you can find everything in color. The recipes are listed in categories so that you can readily find what you’re looking for. It even includes desserts.

Dennis Dobson: What I liked is that every recipe has nutritional information. Lots of different receipts so if you don’t like ingredients in one of the receipts there are lots of others you can make.

Amazon Customer: This book is great for smoothies ideas but there are facts in the book that just aren't correct and there is no research provided to prove what is said. Some facts stated are partially correct but without the full information as to why and this gives people the wrong info about a non plant based product and encourages people to stay away instead of just selecting the right products. As I say though, great for ideas for smoothie ingredients which is what I bought it for. Also noticed alot of smoothies are extremely high in sugar level (over 27g which is what your body needs in total a day). Drinking that much in a single hit is sure to spike blood sugar levels

List of ingredients that are healthy along with tiny color photos a short paragraph about each.
Each recipe starts with a title.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, low sugar and fresh vs canned items.
Hard to see white lettering on light background. There is some nutritional information per serving: calories, fat, sat fat, carbs, fiber, sugar, protein sodium.
To right side of the page are pictures of the ingredients, servings, prep time. Directions are given. Finished item is pictured at bottom right hand corner.
Lots of information on each page, almost too cluttered but they keep the whole recipe...
