Baumsy: We purchased one of these tents and discovered that it leaked when we first used it in the rain well past the return period. I wrote a review about it and was contacted by the seller who offered to replace our tent. The tent is very easy to set up by one person and is spacious. We have been very happy with it for a place of shade or to get away from the bugs. Mostly I am impressed with the great customer service, however. They had no obligation to make things right, yet they offered to do it. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Lisa Balkom: First time we've used this tent week of August 28. Rained 2 times and roof leaked right in the middle. Floor flooded and covered our mat which is forgivable with the drainage issues of campsite. Door zipper thread is coming unraveled.
Update:Seller stands behind their products 100%. They reached out and offered a new shelter or a full refund and keep the damaged one. Amazing customer service.

west227: We have used this gazebo for 2 or 3 years now and love it. We are a softball family and are at ball fields every weekend year round. we also have a son that is autistic and is a runner. we are able to spread out between games and not have to worry our son will be able to run off. The one down side to this tent is that in the summer it is very hot inside even running a fan. we use a silver sided trap when set up in the sun to cover the roof. this helps some. i would suggest to the manufacture to had vents in the roof and possibly construct the roof with heat deflecting materials. we would also like to suggest this for the removable pannels as well.
