Nia: In our school district, the students are required to have clear backpacks. The schools issued the students at the beginning of the year free backpacks. My son went through 2 in less than a month due to a lack of sturdiness and functionality. Since the students don't use lockers anymore, he has to carry most of his stuff every day. This backpack is the best purchase. I purchased it in September and it's still holding together. No rips, the zippers still work. The straps are thicker which is a plus to carry a heavy load. No strain on his back. Have to be careful with the backpack, as it can affect these young kids' posture and back. I hope this helps fellow parents in the Hampton Roads area and any relating.

Pemberton Karl: I first bought this backpack in August 2020 (for $21) and it has lasted well into today! I used it to quickly pass the security lines at work while safely carrying paper notebooks, writing utensils, books, electronics, book stands and my lunch and drinks. I cannot comment on its durability as it is largely kept indoors and handled delicately nor is it ever overloaded, but it has survived several-foot falls onto concrete and swinging by the straps with no signs of damage. For tougher, stylish and more versatile bags I recommend JanSport, but these have been great for basic needs. And warm water and a pinch of Ajax has kept maintenance a cinch! For being a nice bag sold at a decent price, the “Clear Backpack, Packism Heavy Duty Clear Backpack for Adults with Reinforced Straps Large Clear Bookbag Waterproof Transparent Backpack for School, Security, Stadiums, Work” gets a respectable 4/5 stars!

Yvette D. Dominique: This backpack was great for my daughter to bring to school. The need to purchase this type of backpack occurred when I noticed that each morning my daughter would struggle with carrying binders, laptop and lunch bag, while carrying an almost empty non-transparent backpack on her back. When I questioned her about why she was not placing these items in her bookbag, she stated that school security required that she take all of her things out of the backpack before going through the metal detectors. Hence, the need for a transparent backpack. With her new transparent backpack, she no longer has to remove her items from her backpack before going through the metal detectors or struggle with carrying these items from the car to school building. Excellent purchase!
