Product came in vacuum sealed bag, the chart that came with them was helpful in knowing how many to use. Do they work in vacuum sealed bag? I dont know yet I can let you know in a year or two.

Worked perfectly in mylar bags. Used in large mylar bags pulled the oxygen right out the large bags within a few days on 5 gallon bags, less than a day on other bags. Prompt delivery, item as described.
