Stan Jablonski: This item is nice looking but much much too top heavy. Didnt take long until it listed to one side continually. Tried to readjust and strengthen the poles but that didn't work. Nothing much we can do with it now. Total waste of money. Should have realized that there was a possibility this item could be top heavy. Too late for us to return.

Shutterbug0508: I bought this in January and it sat in its box until last month, when the weather warmed up. It is packaged well, no hiccups in bends, break, or missing parts. I put this together myself in less than 20 minutes. Well engineered so that even a slight breeze will turn the opposing blades. It has been up and running now for a month or so and there have been no problems or buyer's remorse. It is colorful and mesmerizing to watch on a lazy summer afternoon. The kids who come to visit love to watch it, too! I would definitely recommend this to others.

cp: This is our second... It is one of the bigger spinners, but we do attach it to a wooden stake to keep it sturdy. We just painted the stake to match the fence so one doesn't really notice.

I’m am very impressed and surprised that the company reached out to me because of my review and wanted to make it right.
I was not expecting this at all. I’m shocked really.
They offered me two different resolutions and both of them was more than I expected.
I’m changing from a 3 star to a 4 star because the customer service is AWESOME especially since I didn’t contact them, they contacted me!
Yes I will order from them again and in the very near future because I really like wind spinners.

It is nice and big, easy to assemble.
However not even two months and one of the bearings came out. I did put it back in but the snap ring seems too small making the bearing fit loose inside the hole causing it to pop back out after a few windy days.

I’m dissatisfied and disappointed and expected a better quality product for the money I paid.
I will try to fix this and make a tighter fit and can hopefully get it to hold together for a long time.

I really enjoy watching it spin.

Cindi SCindi S: The media could not be loaded.  The good: I love the size & colors. It spins well even in a light wind. The bad: It is a 3 part pole and as such, it is not stable. The first week I installed it leaned a little. After a month, it leaned a lot.

Update: the seller was very kind an refunded my money & so I’m upgraded my review to 4 stars for service after the sale. I also found my own solution to the leaning pole. I purchased two 5 or 6’ plumbing/conduit poles at the home store (about $15 ea). I had hoped I could just mount the spinner on top. No, wrong size. What I did after we had some rain was pound the heavy duty silver pole into the ground to provide additional support & help the spinner stay upright. I than zip tied it in 3 places. I plan to look for some mounting type brackets for a more permanent solution.

I do thank the seller for making it right & refunded my money. Thus, the 4 stars.
