mrsdash: It is sturdy, cleanable, and also spins very nicely inside and out. It is so nice that our local hummingbird decided to somehow get inside at the bottom and build her nest. Not sure how she even decided to pick it. It was pretty amazing to watch the whole process for a month. Little did she know when winds come thru it spins pretty fast, it is relaxing to watch the spinning and probably was for her. She hung on and did very well into birthing but one nite all the sudden a big bird came thru and destroyed her nest. But the whirly gig survived. Very tough obviously.

carol: This spinner is made of lightweight aluminum so the gentlest breeze makes it spin. It can be hung anywhere for it to spin. I have other metal spinners that seem to need storm like winds for them to spin. Mesmerizing to watch since inner balls spins opposite of outer ball. 5 star all around except for value. Don’t see why different colors cost different amounts
