I never had any issues with it coming off the window, even though my cat would run full force at it and jump-slam her body on to it. I regularly find her napping in the sun on it!

Kirah StraathofKirah Straathof: I rate this 4.25! Got here on time and was easy to put together. Ordered one at first but had to get another!
Safety: As you can see, I have 3 cats and one is quite large. Big Ned jumps from a higher shelf onto these full force and also bites the support wires. The wires get lots of hard booping as well. You know, when your cat is meowing because life is hard and it needs boops. Then you reach out to do so and it dodges you but proceeds to bash its face into everything else. The only time a suction cup has come off was the very first day I put it up when Ned actually clawed the edges of it and ripped it off.
Comfort: One of the main reasons I got these was to free up some space on the ground where I had lots of bulky cat furniture. The cats lovveee their bulky furniture, but they are cats so they don’t get a say in the matter here. It’s only been a couple weeks and they are already moving on. The only reason I look off .75 points was because the material is not good. Cats slip on it when jumping. I have scarves and blankets on them right now but will probably make some covers that I can take off and wash.

Kim: I would recommend this product for those with cats! The only reason I will take one star away, is because it has fallen a couple of times. So, to be safe, we decided to place it in our bedroom over our bed, so that if it were to ever fall, out kitty won’t get hurt. I wouldn’t recommend putting it too high without having something overneath to catch it, in case it were to fall. I found that if you dampen the suction cups first, this helps to stick them better. We’ve moved the seat several times and only had it fall twice, and could have been because we didn’t dampen the bottom suction cups first.
Our cat LOVES this window seat. I’m sure she would rate it a 5/5 herself! Lol. When we first got it, we put it on our sliding door and she was not interested in it. But once we placed it on the bedroom window (where she can’t usually look out of), she started using it every day. The trick was to find the right window. She usually sleeps there all night and often has naps there in the day as well. The shelf is actually too wide for one pane of our bedroom window, so it’s slightly angled on the two panels and it still works great! When she goes to her grandparents when we go...

Phoebe Buffay: I chose to hang this bed at a sunny window with a view of a large tree that has a lot of activity. My 3 cats generally enjoy looking out this window at the squirrels and birds.
It took all of 5 minutes to assemble (and that's with 3 cats batting at the dangling cables).
One done, I placed one cat on the bed, Chuckie McChunkyNuts. He sat there looking around from his new perch. Sniffed the cables and then began chewing on them. He would not stop so his turn ended quickly.
Cat #2 was next in line as a product tester. He looked around from the elevated bed and then he, too began chewing on the cables. Really?
Down he goes and up goes Cat #3. Cat number 3 sniffed the window. The bed. The cables. Then he, too started chewing on them.
My cats apparently like the cables. A lot.
Later that day, I noticed Chuckie McChunkyNuts sleeping on the window bed with cat # 2 looking up at him as if to say, "Can I has a turn?". It was at that moment that I knew this was a good purchase...and that I may just end up buying another one or two.
I have to agree with others that the quality could be better. As others have mentioned, the plastic tubing seems...

AmyH: This is a great product for the price and there's nothing else like it. I considered giving it 4 stars though because I was really frustrated with it for awhile and almost returned it. It's not the easiest thing to stick to the windows, nor the easiest thing for the cats to use. However, if you're willing to work at it a little, it's a 5-star product.
For example, the cats love to press their feet on the warm glass and when I place my cats in the seats before I leave, they will still be lounging there happily when I return hours later. But I don't' think they have really become inclined to jumping up there on their own. Not sure. And every cat is different. And the location you place the seat will have something to do with whether the cat adopts it.
I was also very leery of the seats after ordering 2 seats, excitedly cleaning the windows (which had not been cleaned in a LONG time), and then finding that in only 3 days suctions on both seats popped off 5 times, twice while cats were laying on them. Only 1 bottom suction was popping off on each. The top were fine, so the cats had a chance to react, but it was still really upsetting for me as you can imagine.
I...

Amazon'aholic: We have two cats, both backyard rescues that have lived indoors since they were rescued and they both LOVE the outdoors. They are leash trained and are walked often, although Posey aka Princess Prissy Pants (seriously, she is very dainty and has a fit if there isn't enough kitty litter in the box to suit her needs, or if her brother doesn't bury his "presents" to her liking) just won't venture beyond the backyard and that's OK with us! There are days when I am just too busy (or tired!) to walk them on their leashes so we bought two of these, hoping to give them a place to relax while looking outside. I had previously avoided the Sunny Seats because they didn't seem very sturdy, however the positive reviews on Amazon tempted me to try them.
Pulling them out of the box, my first impression was "meh" - the included instructions didn't really explain how the white toggle type peg was supposed to go into the two suction cups on the top. My husband aka MacGyver, luckily figured it out within 5 seconds of looking at the sunny seat.
After deciding that the first seat was going to be placed about 4 feet off the ground, on a sliding glass door, I cleaned the glass (where the...

Amanda: We have two of these and the cats love them. My only complaint is the fabric is not very strong and has degraded and stretched over time.
