Sara Nemeth: My sister-in-law bought our first one of these as a gift for our elderly cat. After he passed and we got two new kittens, I had to purchase a second one as the kitties LOVE them. The installation instructions are good and the suction cups are very sturdy. Both kittens regularly nap in one seat together (probably 16-18 total pounds at this point). I've put our other senior cat onto one by himself before too and he's pushing 18 pounds. My only concern is the cables that connect to the suction cups. They're covered with vinyl so they're not sharp, but they are a little low if you have taller cats.
