Aaron Massey: This dehydrator has been a good option for me. I mainly use it for herbs, fruit (apples, limes, oranges), and fruit purées. It’s really simple to use and compact. I did make some beef and pork jerky that both turned out well. But I would recommend using it only for meat or only produce. The meat drippings were difficult to remove from the trays since they have so many air holes.

Taylor Friedersdorf: Bought this for our surplus of hot peppers from the garden. Dehydrates them well. Can’t wait to try with other produce. Slight fan noise when running but nothing annoying. The only reason I wouldn’t give five stars is because I wish the trays had a little more height to accommodate thicker peppers (even when cut in half), and when the timer goes off it beeps multiple times and can get annoying if you do the dehydrating over night and it goes off while you’re still asleep (if your appliance is within a decent distance from where you’re sleeping)

Gerrianne Boatright: Great valvue. however the dehydrator arrived missing a part- the temperature dial indicator on the front of the machine and the owners manual leaves a lot of improvement. the machine serves its purpose.
