Nik: This pack is very light and think and it has to be in order to fold up into a tiny ball. I feel like the place where the straps join the body aren't going to last too long unless I'm super careful. I wouldn't walk around with this holding it by the straps. The thing is, I don't think they're misleading us in any way. Again it has tj be this way to find into a bag the size of a baseball.

Dogs Rule: This lightweight and waterproof backpack is amazing— it holds lots and easily folds into a small pouch when not in use . Great for travel !! It has a small separate zippered pocket at the top which helps separate items you might want conveniently at hand. There is a small clasp inside the pocket and I was able to clasp my small wallet inside the pocket. Washes nicely and looks like new after several trips with heavy use. Fits nicely as an underseater bag on a plane.

Keko: Oh, this is not a backpack for heavy loads. You can use it all day long with very light loads, such as a raincoat only.

Where this shines is having it in your pocket or a small shoulder bag and if you’re shopping, you can pull it out and use that to talk. Whatever you got back to. Where are you living. It is medium plus in size and it’s kind of amazing that the pouch size is so small. It’s extremely practical. Can it carry a heavy load? Yes but the straps for your shoulders are not padded or sized for heavy load. You can pull it off if you have to though.

My wife also uses it on airplanes. It’s like a feather as long as you don’t over pack it.

I never intended to use the packing pouch when using it as a backpack. It’s at the top of the pack. It’s amazingly practical for sunglasses, cards, keys and everything else you don’t have to hunt through the backpack small area, but very very practical.

AmazonPerson: Now it may not fit in most pockets, however small enough to hold on your hand or clip on to a belt loop. It’s a lot more durable than it appears, after reading reviews on the material actually being quite strong I tested it before a 9 day trip to Japan. I filled a gallon jug and stuffed a bunch of junk in the bag to test it. I jumped and ran for about a mile and no sign of it ripping or stressing, it handled the abuse better than anticipated. When I say I jumped I mean I jumped high did burpees and shook it side to side aggressively purposefully to cause it to rip, and nothing. It worked great for my trip and would highly recommend it.

I hope they add a molle attachment in future iterations. I know it’s discontinued.

Line Pothier: Love this light bag !! make sure not to put too much weight in it since there is no framing, but really useful, i am able to put a raincoat, lunch, small items, shirt, etc. Good for day hiking, i did near 100km of walking over 10 days using this back and it was just perfect.

RichG: I don’t know what easy to drink from means that’s one of the five stars I can give it. If they mean that as a pocket on the side of it to put your bottle and it does so I guess that means easy to drink from. This is a nice little bag. It was deal of the day it took forever to get here I don’t know where they’re made by it took forever to get. Weighs a few ounces. Very very small nice and you can fit a lot of stuff in it. Now let’s keep in mind this is not for the hiking person who’s going to be setting up camp it’s not that kind of a bag it’s not that big and even if it was there not made for that kind of stuff it would rub up against your back too much what I love the straps that go over your shoulders are very very lightweight and very durable overall very water resistant and. . I don’t know what I’m going to use it for most likely commuting over to the work on nyc or maybe even for the gym I’m not some big hiker but I’m going to be tossing stuff in it and throwing it into my car. George: I wanted an ultra lightweight, good looking day pack for everyday use while I'm traveling and need a smaller pack besides my kestrel 48. I ended up using this at work and while shopping at hometown. it's a great item that has its pros ad cons:
pros:

1) got in a rain, did a pretty good job considering it's very thin material
2) feels strong and durable, very lightweight, breathable.
3) Might be more comfortable than same products from other brands
4) looks really good, got a blue one.

cons:

1) Converting it into a small pack as stated is not that easy. Also it does not come with instruction how to do so safely.
2) This pack for me seems best when not loaded heavily. I put my camera, kit lens, power bank, extra battery, extra shirt and rain jacket, wallet , keys and small items, with total weight of 2.2 kg and it was ok, but heavier than that was not very comfortable while wearing on shirt. If you wear a jacket , than the straps won't dig into your shoulders as much and you can go with 3 or 4 kilos, depends on you. for me the comfort zone is 2 kg.
