banana wind: I love One MIghty Mill - their flour is divine and makes the best cookies. Their breads are like any other. And the bagels are as good or better than anything from a good NYC deli. I love this company and I eat very low carb (high veg, no processed flours) and no other bread - this is good for you bread. It's spectacular. Go buy these bagels. Chewy, fresh, glorious.
