Epiphany1111: I use fenugreek for my hair products. This is my first time buying from this company. The product is worth the price. I gave it four stars because the packaging was open. And the fenugreek was spilled in the box. I had to pour it in mason jars. I also lost a lot of it.

A M.: I have previously used fenugreek powder in cooking but recently added this form. I usually soak a couple of teaspoons overnight in boiled water. I then add the soaked seeds to a stir fry etc and use the water to make tea, it’s nice added to herbal tea especially ginger and lemon.
