Kimberly: Great price for almond flour and great taste. However the texture is not superfine like Bob's Redmill. I expect superfine almond flour to be almost a powder and this brand needs a lot of sifting, which means there is a lot of coarse almond left behind that is not usable for macarons.

Nancy J.: I tried a couple of almond "flours" that were way too gritty to use for baking or in sauces. This "flour" has a real flour texture & works well in baking tastes great.
It's the perfect flour for gluten free diets.

Buffalo Shuffler: My husband and I follow a keto'tarian diet, and I regularly use small portions of almond flour to make single-serve microwave keto bread. This almond flour has worked very well for our purposes, so much so I have ordered a few times. It is a small bag, wouldn't last long if you are using cups in baking. But I use a few tablespoons at a time a few times a week, so the bag lasts us just fine. The bad ziploc doesn't seal great, so I use another secure clamp to keep the bag fresh. As long as the price stays reasonable enough (under $6 or $7 a bag), I will continue to order this quality product as needed.

Tam Lyn: I bought this after watching a YouTube video of the Keto Twins. The first time I used it was as a coating for air frying chicken and the second time was for a chocolate keto mug cake. The flour did well with both recipes. Tasted delicious!
