Forevermore: I accidentally bought this bag of chicory granules instead of the instant kind. I brewed it like coffee using the 2 tbsp as suggested on the back of the bag. It was really strong! I like the flavor very much, but next time I brew it I will try using only 1 tbsp.

Questar: I use this either straight in a peculator with a filter or combine it with a teaspoon of real breakfast coffee and sometimes with another flavor of coffee substitute. Three teaspoons equal a tablespoon for one cup of liquid so I can change the flavor of my morning hot beverage. Organic and a healthy substitute. Have ordered this twice so far and will continue to order it. Good product.

Mark Sutton: This is also a healthy addition/alternative to coffee. Good for digestion (at least for me.) I wish I had been drinking this years ago. It's now in my regular rotation. Sometimes I brew a full pot of just this, sometimes mixed with coffee grounds. Thank you Anthony's for making a great product.
