ScotInTexScotInTex: These seeds are a tiny bit fussier than, say, broccoli, radish, sulphoraphane blend, superfood blend in that you have to be careful with the watering amount. Broccoli etc. seedlings simply absorb the water, but the arugula is a smaller seedling and a smaller plant, so excess water caused the potting compost to go off, ruining the microgreens. Leason learned, no mistake the next time. Very tasty and the seeds from Rainbow Heirloom always sprout. Tasty and good for you, a great combination.

Ruth E. Gooch: Gardening is in my blood so, growing micro greens during the winter especially is a treat. Germination occurs in two days. I’m able to harvest in 6 days. Micro greens are delicious sprinkled on any salad, vegetable, egg, chicken, tuna salad or scrambled eggs. My favorite is sliced apples with Swiss cheese, lettuce, a little Mayo and micro greens on my homemade bread. Yummy! AND the seeds are organic.

DanaDana: It’s 60 or so hours after I sprinkled these onto dirt and sprayed them with water. They sat in the dark 2 days and were sprayed once. They sprouted in less than 24 hours. I took them to the light after 50 hours. and they already look awesome! Is that normal? Better results than I expected obviously. This is an old germination tray, my very first try with micro greens, and the soil is our Queens NY dirt mixed with our own veg compost lol amazing!
I tasted them, spicy as expected and delicious.
I highly recommend!!!
