Deborah: I've used a lot of almond flour over the past couple of years. This is a very good value for the money. I love that it is ground well, and it is finer than some. My last batch was also a paler color, which I did like. But the almond flour can be a little different in color with each purchase. The taste was mild, which I also liked for baking. Definitely my top three of brands I've used.
