Gilgamesh: Rye with Caraway seeds is a long time favorite. I put all of my stuff in jars (pantry moths). I keep going to the jar just to smell the Caraway seeds. Rye bread again tomorrow to go with the Corned Beef that will be cooked in the Instant Pot.

Jujubabe: The minute I cut the bag open the most glorious fresh caraway smell irrupt it and filled my whole kitchen. I don’t usually write reviews and I wanted to stop in my tracks and write one then but I decided to wait until my Ryebread was done. They are fabulously fresh flavorful everything you would want in a Caraway seed. I bake a lot of Ryebread and small jars of seeds are very expensive and never fresh so these caraway seeds are a great value. I will definitely reorder.

IMHO: I use caraway seeds for a variety of things including breads, sauerkraut and they also are excellent for calming the stomach (reducing bloating/gas). Also, we have been exploring other uses for them which is why I decided to purchase them in bulk. Organic is super important to us and I searched for the product with the best reviews (consistently). These did not disappoint me! As soon as I opened the bag the fragrance was pungent and beautiful. Tried a few and they are packed with flavor - not stale or limited in flavor like some I have purchased in the past. Thanks Naturevibe!
