MahriahApproved: The media could not be loaded. This brewer's yeast was such a lifesaver in my and my son's breastfeeding journey. There have been times where my supply would drop and anytime it did. I would purchase a bag of this in my supply would be back to normal... I have been breastfeeding for a little over 2 years and my supply is still going strong. The only thing that I didn't love was the chalkiness but as long as you mix it well and drink it cold it's not too bad.

THE BEST BREWERS YEAST! BUY IT!: I have tried numerous brewers yeast brands here on Amazon and this is by far the very best. I had a very slight increase in breast milk supply with other brands but they would feel empty by the afternoon. This brewers yeast has gotten my supply to stay consistent through 24 hours, especially overnight which is amazing. I noticed a difference within 2 days of using 2 tbsp/day in my protein shake. This stuff is amazing!

Candace Legler: After a couple weeks of this product I changed my review. At first I got pretty naseous but I think it’s bc I used wayyy too much. I now bake in this product with a cookie mix with 1-2 tbps and it really helps my milk. I get an extra 10 ounces a day!
