Jean: This makes excellent baked goods. I've made several different batches and kinds and the consistent texture is wonderful. I find I needs less fat or oil when using this product. Sometimes by half. That's another plus. Lower carb and lower fat. I don't even need to try another brand.
What's not to love? The fact it jumped $2 in a month. That's my only problem but I'll still buy it. Please don't increase the price any more.

Tommy Amos: It's sad when a company makes an excellent product, such as this, and put it in a defective bag. I use this as the basis for my low carb flour mixture that I use to make Belgian Waffles. I use equal parts of this, oat fiber, and gluten. Throw in baking powder, baking soda, and a little salt. It's a good low carb start for any of your baking needs. Oh, back to the pathetic bag they put it in. I dare the company owner to open a bag of this and use the built-in "unfreshness" seal to close it. Then, turn it upside down and give it a little shake. I have no doubt that, if you are wearing your nice suit, you will replace the company that makes that bag for you. Most importantly, don't try this at home!
