Jeff Budner: I’ve used this product for more than a year, I prefer it to the capsules. I simply add it to my to the blender along with the other items. It has no impact on the taste and my daily dosage is done.

Kiet Pham: I first purchased this product back in May 2017 in hope of growing taller. Ashwaganda powder is supposed to encourage the production of growth hormone which in turn help you grow taller. I've read reviews from different websites and decided to give it a try. And now in November I am currently on my 3rd batch and DO see a difference in height. It is not that big but it is definitely there. I mix 2 tbsp of Ashwaganda powder with a little water and drink it before going to sleep every day. One thing I would recommend for someone who is thinking about it is that this product does work, BUT you have to be consistent and patient with it. Good luck!
P/s: the reason why I only give a 4-star is bc it tastes horrible lol. But it's medicine so that's something you have to live with.

lb: Love this stuff for many reasons. It's an adadptogenic herb which means that it will help regulate the hormones whether they are high or low levels. I had some issues with some very large fibroids. When I laid on my back with my stomach pulled in, it looked like an alien was in my belly - literally like a scary movie. I've been taking Ashwagandha now for 2-3 months on a daily basis, and the fibroids have noticebly shrunk. They are still there but they are small now, and I now see how much out of whack my hormones were - mood swings too have now leveled out. When I had an ultrasound a few years ago, they were the size of a 3 month fetus, and they ended up getting much bigger. Wish I could post a pic of how big they got, but being they are in my lower abdomen, the pics would prob be rejected. I've tried a bunch of things like iodine, essential oils & some other stuff & nothing seemed to really work until the Ashwagandha. I'm super happy to find this. The doc wanted to do surgery - I said no way & glad I did!

Shrimp Cuddlebuns: Amazing product as far as what it does as an herb, taste wise using this it is absolutely disgusting and hard to swallow. Ashwagandha is an amazing herb, but I'd personally recommend getting the tincture liquid form because this taste flat out horrible. I'm still giving this 4 stars because it's a great product, it's just hard to get down because how horrible it taste.
I originally bought this for hormonal issues but I also found that this is great for helping focus problems like that you would have with ADHD which it works very well for. It will also increase your sex drive because if you don't know already ashwagandha is a type of ginseng. Just like with ginseng you need a means of relieving sexual tension if you want to take it as a supplement. If you want an herb for it's aphrodisiac properties I'd recommend this or maca.
