Victoria R.: This Ashwagandha really works. I lost my son a year ago and have been feeling really down. I had gone to my doctor regarding antidepressants, and was considering using them recently. I didn't really want to go on that type of medication. So I read about Ashwagandha and thought I would try it. I am no longer crying everyday, I am feeling more calm and level headed. I am not numb regarding my emotions, but this stuff really helps. I definitely recommend it. I prefer to go naturally as opposed to using prescription drugs.

FYP: I've only used it for about 2 weeks. Also, I only took 1 pill at night time. I had to stop it because it was making me feel sluggish and tired. I am a student and I bought it to calm down my mind at night and have a peaceful sleep. It did just that for me and more. One day I woke up at 5am as per usual and went to the library to study, I was feeling super sleepy even if I drank a cup of coffee and took a nap. Nothing helped me get out of that sluggish, sleepiness state. I loveeee how it relaxes me, but being that I have to be up at 5am everyday and have to use my brain and be alert, I had to stop them. I still give it a 5 stars because it actually do work. Makes me very relax...... wayyyy too relax.

GLORIA A NOVELO AGUILAR: Que NO me gustó... el precio $$$. Pero tengo que decir que es la primera vez para mi tomar Ashwagandha así que decidí no hacer experimentos y comprar lo mejor calificado, leer los reviews y pagar el precio, al fin y al cabo es algo que estamos metiendo a nuestro cuerpo.
PROS: Normalmente tengo mucha dificultad para dormir, recientemente empecé a hacer ejercicio intenso de pesas y elshock de mi cuerpo me hacía tener más insomnio. Desde el primer día (tomé 1 cápsula a las 4 pm y otra a las 8 pm) sentí una relajación y los ojitos pesados y dormí como un bebé. Me sentí un poco aletargada en la mañana pero pronto con un café volví a la normalidad.

Me parece que como relajante funciona muy bien, me falta tomarlo a más largo plazo para ver sus efectos, pero desde el primer día puedo decir que el efecto relajante es NOTORIO.
