The shipment arrived quickly. The items were well packed A good value and a price fair. Having the measuring spoon included with the apple cider vinegar made it super easy to use and enjoy the benefits of the all nature apple cyder vinegar. Highly recommended. I do believe it has help relive my shoulder pain in the short amount of time I've been taking it.

The air bags were deflated and bottles are glass. While the bottles were in a bubble wrap bag, there was nothing to keep the bottles from banging next to each other. Also, the package was movable as the bags were not fully inflated giving the impression that the bottles could have broken during transit.

I am diabetic since more than 15 years. Within 15 days it shows. My sugar level drastically reduced. I was taking 1000 metaformin in morning and 500 before lunch. It reduced to only 500 metaformin in morning.
Really it works.
But cons are there. Faced some problem with stomach. Latrine is not clear. Suffering from loose motion.
Again when I used to take just a cap of ACV with 2 full glass of water early in the morning, the problem was rectified.
However, very good product.
Now, I am thinking; why shouldn't I tried it earlier.
Must buy and try.
