Kellybird: This Does come with the mother. I use it for baking and as a supplement if I eat or drink something that's high in sugar. I swallow a couple of Tablespoons strait as it neutralizes sugar spikes. I'm borderline diabetic and this has been a big help

The apple cider vinegar was well-packaged. Although it was a glass bottle, it was secure and unbroken. It was wrapped in brown paper and bubble wrap for protection. Sometimes I take two teaspoons to cut fat. It’s s great product.
