Doc Tim: The only problem I had with the install was the 10 Guage wire coming out of the wall. It was short and difficult to bend wires. Nothing wrong with the wires in the light For some reason I was short a screw. I used one from previous light that was removed.
As mentioned it is Super Bright. Did a lot of research. So far very happy. I was most interested in the motion sensor. I find it excellent.

the reviewer: instructions are pictures and slightly related words. Over 50 yrs, have ran romex cable ( flat power wiring ) drill holes and mounted more than a few external lights.
MAKE SURE HOUSE POWER TO LAMP WIRE IS TURNED OFF
take the rmetal ring in hand, find the longest screw in packages. RUN SCREW in and out of the Nipple in center of ring, Will make much easier to mount lamp.
mount metal ring with center nipple facing towards area you wish to light., to mounting box ( you supply mounting box and power wiring ... if no box and no clue .. HIRE ELECTRICIAN )
Pull White and black of house wiring ( the stiff wires, through top left of ring. green of house wire( ground ) through the right side. Back out green screw *do not remove )
Black disc. Remove center. peel paper, put wires of lamp through the circle and place circle around diameter of base of lamp. strip an additional 1/4" from lamps green wire. Unless you are good at balancing on ladder with one hand to work with or have way of holding lamp, get a helper. Both on sturdy ladders or ?? . Attach the House green wire under green screw, wrap clockwise, wrap lamp green wire, clockwise around screw, DO NOT pull tightly around...

JH: Man, these lights are bright. I put one above my garage door and another on the side of my house. It's almost like "daylight" when they come on. Very well constructed and very nice looking. I'm having a problem with one of them, because the sensor on one even turns the light on during the daytime. I have messed with the sensor setting and it does nothing. Not sure what the issue is. Might be a faulty sensor switch. But since the light is above the garage, I'm not going to replace it. I have it set to only be on for 5 minutes so it's not really a bother. Overall, they are good. Just having that one issue. Thats the reason for 4 stars.

Stephen S.: Man. I wanted good deterrents for idiot goobers running the streets and these things TOTALLY delivered. They’re stupid bright. I installed one about 12’ up the side of the house above the garage and was a little concerned I put it too high to cast sufficient light. Wrong. The thing lights up the entire driveway and more. Kapow! Others installed lower in the soffit are like a sunlight slap in the face if you aren’t expecting it. Smack! Very satisfied. Running the romex cables in the attic was pretty time consuming. But installation of the lights was a breeze. NOTE these do not come with the mounting/junction box; only the bracket. I’m sure it says so in the description somewhere, but I missed it. I picked some up with a quick trip to Lowe’s. You can grab them here on Amazon as well. We still have to pass the test of time, but as of right now these deserve 5 stars. I’ll be sure to update if I get short life out of them or notice other issues. Planning to get more soon to cover our entire home perimeter. If the dogs and lights don’t do it…well, let’s just say I ain’t using Batarangs.

These are bright and light up the area nicely when someone walks by. The three LED heads allowed me to adjust them to shine around the gutter downspout on the corner.
By the way, the walls are 10' high and the light has no problem detecting motion.
Would buy again.
