Contrary Mary: Bought to replace a lost version of the same item - only I found it too late to cancel the order. I imagine I will have this one for life too. Very strong, lightweight and easy to use, my dog is a bearded collie (have you seen a beardie coat?) so one of these is an absolute must.

Steve Taylor: The handle makes this comb easier to hold but it's still thin so it's not like holding a brush handle. Busy hey, I knew that before I bought it. The metal teeth are quite strong. We have a woodle so here hair is a mixture a Wheaten terrier and a standard poodle. It's about the most difficult hair to comb. Although still not easy it's better than anything else we've tried.
