Runtorun: I was really surprised that most of the bag contained large chunks with very few chips and small pieces. I only need one chunk buried under the lump coal. It lasts the whole cook and adds a really good flavor. I will be buying again.

papasan: One of the best I've ever used, this hickory chunk had different real good flavors at almost every other bite. Kept shaking my head. Good amount of chunks in bag, all you need is about 2 to 3 depending on ya cook. I had 3 spare ribs that I used 3 then later 2 tri tips that I used 2 chunks. AAA+. Highly recommend.
