mrs rosemary j giri: I enjoyed this book, the first I’ve read by Tim Hodkinson and I was impressed. I liked the style of writing, characterisation is good, there’s lots of action and there’s no holds barred for the reality of battle in those times. In other words, a lot of blood and gore. A great read and highly recommended.

Russ Beaubien: What a nice find, I am a fan of Viking tales and culture. It seems this series is well done and the author weaves a good saga and has developed some good characters. I know I will be reading all the books in this series. Well done, to the author.

Kindle Customer: Took a bit for the story to kick in. When it did its not half bad. You have to know who the players an if the game moves them on or off the board. Only the God's know. So lets see what the Gods has in store this small group of misfits.
If you like a lot of fighting an hacking body parts in a blood rage. Will jump on in this is for you.
