P: In January 2023, I purchased for just what it suggested, something compact enough to fit in the glovebox. It came without any charge at all, which I found odd- most products are at least partially charged when they ship out, so I charged it for several days. Took it off the charger, easily set desired pressure, but after I walked outside and decided to check the operation by pushing the button- nothing. It was completely dead. I could not bring up pressure gauge again- all dead. That explains perhaps why it was dead out of the box. I was disappointed because I really liked the idea of the product but couldn't get it to charge. I wrote the review, returned it for a refund, and moved on.

In May, 4 months later, I was contacted by the company, apologizing for my difficulties, and offered a refund or replacement. I told them I had already received my refund so they offered to send me a new pump for free. I was flabbergasted- I have never seen this kind of concern about a customer's experience. sugar cookie: It works too inflate my bike with presta valves. It's not perfect but it is a cheap and easy way to inflate tires, and about what I expected for the price. It doesn't latch down onto the valve like a normal bike pump. Instead there's an o-ring that forms a seal around the valve. You have to hold it a perfect angle and with a perfect amount of pressure to get a good seal. The pressure reading is not the most accurate, but in the ballpark if you get a good seal. One issue is that the little o-ring kept coming out and would just stay on the tire valve instead of in the pump. You have to be really careful not to lose that little bugger since the pump doesn't work at all without it. Finally, the digital display is in an awkward place that's hard to see while in use. Should be on the side instead on the bottom.

ray s.: I got it and it needed and adapter. The one I got had USA Japan UK Hong Kong and other countries. I tried the i think the USA port which looked to be compatible. It went easily but only halfway. There is a 12v charger but I can only charge it while driving which is not the purpose I wanted it for. I will try and charge it through the car not sure if that will work.
Completely useless to me and if I could I would give it a zero.
Ill never buy any Chinese rubbish again. I didnt realise it was chinese when I bought it
