O-Cedar Ultra Max Mop Refill - 121236 - Long-Lasting, Super Absorbent Replacement Mop Head

alspachsl: I bought this system at least 10 years ago when it was Valedac now ocedar produces it, same thing and I find it to be totally satisfactory mop system. It’s flat so. An get under the bottom edge of appliances, the fabric has enough texture to clean well, easy to ring out and the pads last forever. I still have pads from the valeda I bought. The only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is because you can only buy one refill pad at a time for 12.00. I would think you should be able to get a pack of three for 20 or 25. Otherwise I will buy one refill at a time until I have at least 3 change outs. Love this mop and nothing compares as far as ability to clean up messes and ease of use.

KT: Found my first of these mops in a German village grocery store, using it for daily dry mopping, occasionally for wet, for the last 7 years, washing that mop head every few months, till one of the metal snaps finally broke apart. OMGosh ~ my great tool was broken! At this point, we have 3 shedding pets with tile & wood floors so I still dry mop daily. I couldn't find a decent replacement mop where we live in the USA. I'm so pleased to have found these replacement heads! I'll be buying another head to wet mop with, now that I've sourced them, as this tool has proven it's worth for my use! (And my little Velcro headed wet mop has annoyed me with having to replace the handle (Velcro full of fuzzie's) more often than the mop heads.
Appreciate the well made quality and functional design (the handle twist tightens to a preferred height, the head folds so it can slip between the fridge & wall or hang, the heads are durable material and easy to put on and take off, the heads pick up a lot of debris, and are washable). My kind of tool. Thanks~

harleylady: Ok i was worried after reading all the reviews. I was worried about the quality of the mop and the snaps. I shouldnt have. The material is very nice, cleans nicely, washes easily and is thick and is takes care of all the crap on my floors. I bought two so i always have a clean mop head on hand. The snaps are plastic but snap onto the head very easily and come off easily but yet stay on the head thru my entire cleaning of my floors. The old metal snaps were really hard to unsnap. I HIGHLY suggest u buy these mop heads. I clean hses for a living and i know a great product when i find it. I have had my original mop for over TEN yrs. I hope to have it for at least TEN more.

Evelyn H: I can not say enough about this mop head. I have purchased all of my disabled friends one of the mp kits and an extra head. I use one dry head to sweep my floor with before moping. After dusting the dust off from moping I then use that head to mop with. I like to get fresh clean water for rinsing so I change the head to a new clean head, then rinse the floor. Pop it of and toss both in the washer for next time.
I wasn't sure I was going to like the new snaps but I can still work them even better than the old ones and yes the new snap head works just like the old style.
All that from my rolling chair since I can not stand for more than a few minutes. I can not live without my Vileda Ultra Mop. I also ordered one to keep "just in case"!!

L. Byrd: These mop pads fit the Vileda Ultra Max mop. I have been using this mopping set for about 7 years and it is by far the best and easiest way to mop. I had originally bought my first set at Walmart but was unable to find the refills after a year. I researched the maker and ordered them by phone. I was so happy to see them on Amazon. They also have the whole kit that comes with the bucket, mop and refill. I ordered a new kit because I was worried I wouldn't be able to find it in the future when I needed a new one. It is still in pretty good shape after 7 years of use and I have passed it down to my daughter. I will probably never use another mop again as long as I can find these.
