My friend told me to try this to build muscle while working out, too early to tell for now, but lord have mercy, my energy is crazy, I usually do a hour and 10 minutes before I get my 5,000 mile on my Fitbit, now I get that 5,000 in 35 minutes, like it literally increased my speed on the elliptical by double!! And it says take 2 in the morning and 2 at lunch, I only been taking 1 in the morning before my workout and 1 at lunch, this stuff is incredible!!

Create monohydrate is creatine monohydrate, but somehow this product feels different from the rest out there. Without making any changes to my diet or other supplements, switching to this product from the other creatine I was using, made me stronger in the gym. The scoop that comes with it is pefect to measure 5 grams.
It does not dissolve that well in water, so I usually throw the powder directly in my mouth and then drink a glass of water. Does not make me bloated either. Recommended!

I've been using this creatine for months now, and I love it! I've seen a vast improvement in my muscle definition, and I really think this has helped that progress. I mix 1 scoop in with my whey protein every day before my work outs and it mixes/dissolves great. I will also add a scoop to my spinach shake for my post work out meal as well, can't even tell it's been added in. I highly recommend this product, it's a great price, and it'll last you a long time!
