SALOMON: This CREATINE is a white powder, tasteless and easy to mix with water.
Most people will say that you have to take it for several days before you feel the effects of it.
All I know is that since I started taking it, I feel STRONGER and keep pumping more pounds every time,
and my muscles keep growing, nothing else has had this effect on my body.
Note that if you take it and then you just seat and watch TV, nothing will happen.
YOU REALLY need to go to the GYM or do some type of activity to appreciate this product.
Good LUCK and don't be disappointed if it you don't feel it on the first day, I know for some other people it takes a week or longer, I am surprised with the results.
