Marie SembarMarie Sembar: My husband asked for this which I bought and he says they work great! Anyone wondering the bottle has 60 pills and the recommended serving size on a workout day is 3 in the morning and 3 after a workout, which would be 10 days. That was concerning given the price. But my husband says he wouldn't take that much unless actively trying to build larger muscles. So if you read this is a ten day supply know that it will all depend on the workout regimen. These still work great even not taking the full serving.
