T. in Texas: Installation was pretty easy. Had a couple leaks, but it was my fault for not completely seating the tubing. Once I reseated, the leaks we’re gone. The stop leaks shut off valve really works. Hopefully this will last many years with proper maintenance. I bought the 5 stage system. Seems like a great value for the money.

Amazon Customer: Works good, great tasting water. although the uv lamp controller made a pop and quit working while getting air out of the system possibly turning on and off to fast with the air going through the flow switch so maybe leave it unplugged until airs gone.
I’m just going without it it’s whatever. Brought my water from 140tds to 25tds

captain moore: We have a large extended family and often entertain the group. Our water is generated from an onsite pump system, and we have a reverse osmosis filtration system that provides clean water to the kitchen water dispenser. The system will struggle during family gatherings, so I added a second system. I picked a location in the garage that allowed me to run a second supply tube into the kitchen. Fortunately, the system NU Aqua Reverse Osmosis System that I purchased turned out as the BEST choice. Given how many choices are available, I picked this one after reading the positive reviews. Here are some additional things that are worth mentioning. The system arrives very well packaged, and the supplied items are separated intuitively by type i.e. all filters are packaged, the installation kit, tubing, fittings, tank are separated. What I most appreciated are the installation instructions. Clearly the manual for this system was written with careful attention for non-technical people. This manual is step-by-step and has been carefully edited and the English is clear with no grammatical errors. It contains multiple photos of each installation step AND the various water tubes are color-coded...

Customer1234: The system came quickly and was fairly easy to install if you are a handy person. The instructions did not match the product exactly, had to figure out a few things on my own but they weren't a big deal. Most of them were simple. My filters aren't marked the way the instructions spell out, there's no "1, 2" or "3" on them. There are no instructions on mounting the bracket to a wall or some such location to hang the filters if you wanted to either. I had to wait until the reservoir was almost full to get more than a dribble out of the new sink faucet, the instructions imply that you should get full force right away, that is not the case.
The water tastes great! The first day, the tester that came with the system says we were getting our water filtered down to about 18 PPM dissolved solids. My tap water is about 260 PPM unfiltered. Now, about a month later it has settled on about 25 PPM. It is working great, I have it hooked up to my refrigerator's water dispenser and ice maker and the ice cubes are really crystal clear compared to before. The water pressure at the fridge is better than just after a new fridge filter install. (I have the bypass cartridge in the fridge now).
