User11694: I bought this fountain to upgrade my cat to a larger one. My previous fountain was small and kept clogging. Not this fountain! This fountain is perfect for multiple pets. It holds a decent amount of water in the reservoir on top and bottom. The pump has a good amount of power to create a nice flow from the three different flow options. My cats prefer the palm tree. I would buy a second one and I highly recommend this to anyone who is considering buying a pet fountain. It is easy to assemble. It’s easy to clean. The filters are super easy to change. Don’t search no further put it in your cart. You’ll be happy you did.

Barb: I use bottled water, but even with the constant water movement, and bottled water, it still needs to be cleaned as often (or maybe even more) than a regular water bowl. There's no instructions on when the filter should be changed, or how often you can rinse the filter before having to change it. My pomsky had an issue at first, but he warmed up to it, after our Pomeranian drank from it.

Tiffany S: So first and foremost, I just want to say, if you buy this thing and your cat isn't drinking from it- try removing the flower spout and using the other option they provide you which gives the water a "pouring" effect. My cat was scared of the flower attachment (the one in the first picture) but when I changed the spout, he drinks out of it every single day. Cleaning it takes about two minutes. It also blinks red to get your attention when it is empty which is something i typically wouldnt notice as quickly. highly recommend

But I actually have to turn up my TV to drown out the noise, probably 2x as loud as previous fountain.
also get a tray to put underneath as there is usually a cat created puddle round it.

Sue T: Love this water fountain! We have two cats and a large dog, and the reservoir on most fountains are WAY too small for a large dog. Our last one was ok, but we were refilling it up to 4 times a day. This fountain holds about 3 litres of water in a compact space and the light blinks red when it starts to get low which is fabulous.
It's very easy to clean, being basically a plastic box with no nooks or crannies for slime to build up - unlike our last fountain - and you can pop it in the dishwasher which is so easy.
Noise? Well, it's trickling water. How noisy can it be? I mean, yeah you're going to hear trickling water if you're sitting right beside it, what do you expect? But you don't hear the pump at all. No, it's not noisy.
Great fountain and great features. So happy I found this one.

lizzy2pinklizzy2pink: The reason I purchased this fountain is because the pump on my Catit Flower Fountain broke and even after registering the product Catit wanted $16 from me to replace it. So I said no, and spent an extra $10 on a brand new clear fountain.
The first thing I do want to mention is that it was handed to me directly from the amazon delivery person. Literally no packaging what so ever. It was just the box, no tape, just a shipping label slapped on. This already made me very skeptical about the whole thing.
Well, I opened the box, too everything out and unwrapped it. The pieces were in great condition. It came with an entire cleaning kit! 2 brushes one big one small and a sponge. No one mentions this! That was a lovely surprise! The flower top was a bit scratched and blurry, almost like someone had sandpapered it. Other than that everything seemed fine. The pump comes fully assembled threaded through the hole. The only difference between my fountain and the one in the video is there was no extra piece to cover the top of the wire before placing the top attachment of the fountain. They fixed that by already having it part of the top. Very smart.

IT TOOK ME 35 MINUTES TO PRY...
