Powerlifter: I bought the 50ml bottle the 10th of April 2023 and it is now the 22nd of October 2023, 6 months later, and tonight I could still squeeze some out of it to use for my deadlifting; but since the bottle is wheezing its last breaths, I was going to order another bottle of liquid chalk to replace it from a cheaper brand when I saw that this current brand lasted me for over 6 months, deadlifting once a week (Not accounting for the rest weeks. I would hazard a guess that in total 2 months of those were spent in rest. But that is still amazing).

Amazon Customer: This works a lot better than powdered chalk--it's a lot easier to apply and results in much less air contamination. The only downside is that whatever's used as a solvent/carrier (seems like alcohol) dries out my skin if I apply it more than a couple times during a workout. Fortunately that rarely happens because it's so easy to apply a nice thick layer.

Jade Dobbs: I bought this to use as a grip aid for pole dancing, and as a very sweaty person who used to do gymnastics I know very well that normal gym chalk won't hold me, so I decided I needed liquid grip. I saw lots of reviews on here that seemed to say this was a good grip aid especially under sweaty conditions, but I just found it to be only as effective as normal gym chalk at most even though the application process was much more convenient to the activity. If you just want a chalk that is easier to apply (but comes out quickly if you're not careful) then this may be for you, but if you really need a better grip you won't sweat through then just get some Itac or something thats stickier.
