Ryne N: The chalk itself is great, you just need to be able to break it apart because they come packaged individually. If you have a home gym or a locally owned gym, would not recommend, it is very tedious to break down every block. For the average gym-goer, it’s packaged into reasonable sizes.

tuat: I use this chalk for dead hangs in the gym. I found that my hands would slip off the bar before my hands and forearms were actually fatigued enough. This chalk was inexpensive and worked great for what I needed it to do.

Peter Macdonald: I chopped it up with a hammer and put it into a bag. While grinding it up was annoying, it's only a little bit of a hassle and it worked perfectly. Will be buying again.

Alexander: Can't stress enough how important this is to have especially for deadlifting nutral or hook grip. Good quality and they give an abundant amount of chalk.

Andreezym: I’ve been doing a lot of Olympic weightlifting exercises as of late and these chalk blocks have really been helping my hook grip. A light coating of these on each hand and around the thumbs (then rubbing together, of course) should last you about 5-8ish minutes then you’ll need to reapply again. They do break easily but the packaging came in well with none of the blocks being damaged when I received my package of 8.
P.S. I also use a light coating of these on my thumbs for gaming and they work perfectly!
