jay_the_bus_driver: We have three elementary age grand daughters and for the most part they have their birthday parties at our house, because my wife goes all-out. Part of that is her setting up her chocolate fountain every time. The first one she had lasted about 8 years before one of the plastic parts broke, rendering it useless. All of these home-use fountains have the same plastic parts, so that is not particular to this brand or unit. If you divide the cost of replacing it by the 24 birthday parties it served us, replacing it was a no-brainer. The kids enjoy it so much, it just wouldn't be a birthday party at Nana's without it. I recommend using it outdoors, because half a dozen little girls covered in chocolate can make quite a mess.

shilohshiloh: We ordered this for my wedding, it was an absolute hit for the kids.
So here are the cons:
1- The fountain does not melt the chocolate it only keeps it warm, so if you plan on having a outside wedding like I do invest in one that’s made to melt the chocolate because it was harden and will stop flowing.
2- it is absolutely terrible trying to clean this once the chocolate hardens.
Now for pros:
1- it runs great it looked beautiful!
2- it’s super easy to put it together and take apart

Guillaume Bosc: Dès la première utilisation, le fromage colle énormément dans le fond.
On a perdu un quart de notre fromage.
Et extrèmement difficile a nettoyer par la suite.
Deuxième utilisation pour une fondue a base de boullion.
Ça a pris 20 minutes avant de bouillir ...
Vous trouverez un produit de bien meilleure qualité au Costco pour 20$ de moins et avec un anti-adhésif fonctionnel.

Fiona: So happy with this fondue pot! Have used it twice. t's easy to use, the temperature control keeps the fondue hot, and a big bonus...it's easy to clean!
