Luz Galindez: Size is smaller than the regular size we see being used in public establishments, but for personal use, it is good because it is light and compact. It gives an accurate reading but as the instructions say, it has to be about an inch away from the forehand of the subject. I think those doing it in public places do not follow this instructions because I have been measured with readings of 94.4°F which is subnormal. There might be people walking around with fever but if taken 6+ inches away from the forehead, it will give a false reading. The digital readout is big and easy to read with a soothing green backlight.

justplainsouthern: Extremely pleased! With the Covid pandemic being so prevalent in all our lives today, this seemed like a necessary purchase. I quickly found out there were a lot to choose from. I relied heavily on the reviews of others to make my choice. This is a great thermometer. It came on time and packaged well. It had quick start instructions and I was using it in a matter of minutes. Its lightweight and the accuracy is spot on. I took it to a doctor visit and this thermometer read the same as theirs. One thing to be mindful of, you do need to hold this one pretty close to your forehead to get an accurate reading. I would definitely recommend!

Loves to Shop: I was impressed by the highest ratings and affordable price so I made my purchase. It arrived promptly and the thermometer box was sealed with an inspection for accuracy number on it. I went ahead and put the two complimentary batteries in and it worked perfectly well out of the box. I was surprised to see a cloth carrying case included which I thought was a nice touch for traveling. The unit itself is lightweight and easy to hold and I would say it is very accurate in the readings. I also like the fact that you can use it on your forehead or in the ear and the third setting is for taking the room temperature. It only takes one second for a reading to be made and displayed in very well lite display and numbers large enough for a senior to read even without glasses. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with the quality of this digital no touch thermometer and the features. Well worth the price I paid for it.

Computer Dan from Philly: What!?! I can’t believe this thermometer works (and looks, not that it matters much) as well as it does! It is truly touchless - I found it can scan accurately from further away than the instructions say, but I don’t have a host of scientific equipment to measure accuracy vs distance. So, I’ll just say that, using a traditional thermometer (old standby, under the tongue) yielded the same results as this one at a distance further than was in the instructions.

BEST screen I’ve had on a thermometer. Not the cheapo screens that come with junk ones - actually bright and easy on the eyes with information easy to read and understand.

Super easy to use. One button. Done. Need ‘advanced’ settings? Celsius/Fahrenheit hard switch - easy. Switch modes (ear, room)? - button and easy to read screen indicator.

Best Value if you want something quality you will use even after COVID.
