Ashley Santos: Bought this to replace a bad unit I'm my travel trailer. It runs 4 6.5s inside and it sounds great. I have it tied into the front tv and mirror that tv to the back one. Cheap surround sound throughout the trailer. Bluetooth works great has plenty of range

Henson: Works well, the only downside was the stick was hard to push in. This item would be better if it was with rechargeable battery. Would be better when hooking up to a Bluetooth, when not near power. Can't use without power.

Amazon Customer: First, note of caution if you wish to use another power supply.
As I use the amp on my desk for near field listening to music while I work, I decided to use a lower votage supply in hope of lowering the minimum volume.

Be very careful. Althouth the polarity on the power supply shows the standard positive is the tip and the negative on the outside, it is NOT. It is reversed. The positive in on the outer (barrel) contact! Your guess is as good as mine as why it shows the opposite on the power supply AND the amp conector on the back...

While it sounds pretty darn good, with good bass with EQ, there are two negatives to me.
First, it sometimes glitch while playing from a USB key. My other cheap amp does not do it. It doesn't happen often honestly, but it is painful to listen to a song and have the amp skip half a second here and there.

Second negative, the lower setting of the volume control, the "1" is way too loud for comfortable near field listening and I mean it.. I thought using a 12V supply would help but nope. So I ended usinga a simpler solutions, adding 12ohms resistors in series with both speakers. It lowers the volume at a more comfortable level...

Trebronus: I just connected this unit to 2 old Realistic/Tandy 40 watt speakers that have been gathering dust in the basement for a number of years. My first impression is that I am extremely pleased. Bluetooth connects fine and I tested it to about 30 feet (I didn't try going further). Flash drive works fine. Someone commented that they couldn't play their flash drive at low volumes. I didn't find this at all. Micro card works fine and aux works fine. The sound is crisp and clear with no hum at low volume. My only critique is that it lacks bass but I can live with this. I paid $64 Canadian for this which includes tax. I am happy. I just hope it lasts me for at least a few years and doesn't fail on me.
EDIT: Now that I've had a chance to really test this unit out, I stand corrected. I DO notice a some slight distortion/hum coming from the left channel at low volume. In addition, as a previous reviewer commented on, you cannot play the flash drive or micro card at a low volume. Even at the lowest setting of 1 it might be too loud in certain situations. This is not an issue with the BT or aux, as the volume can be controlled from the transmitting device. I have therefore changed my rating...

Undefinition: I know these cheap Chinese amps can be hit or miss, but I have had some success in the past with Douk products, so I gave it a go.

First the good: it had no problem driving 4 Ohm speakers. The power supply isn't going to get you 120 Watts or whatever they advertise, but you should be able to drive any old bookshelf system without problems. Also, the device feels pretty good--not premium, but not cheap either. The volume knob has satisfying notchy feeling to it. The speaker binding posts work well.

Now for the problems: If you try to use this for Bluetooth, the first thing you're going to notice is that it has a whine to it that won't go away while you're playing content. The only time the whine stops is when there's absolute silence (eg: between songs). Maybe if you only listen to loud music you won't notice it, but any time there's talking or a soft passage, the whine is back. It's truly unpleasant, and it actually makes your music sound like it's out of tune.

Next, if you try to use the SD card to play music, and your drive is over 4 GB--which is pretty much everything on the market today--it won't load it. I didn't know this fact, though, until I read some...

In May the micro USB port disconnected and rattled around inside the unit. The seller promptly arranged a refund and I bought their upgraded product with a full size USB port. Ethical and responsive company!

I bought this unit because it has a full sized USB port and is likely much more solidly connected.

I am just as impressed by this tiny but mighty amp. What follows is the review I wrote about the first unit. Nothing is functionally different. It is still great value and great sound.

I had a pair of good hifi bookshelf speakers that I wanted to attach to my computer on my work desk. I do music composition in a DAW and wanted to use the speakers as monitors. For $53 this is an unexpected gem. The sound is crystal clear for critical listening. I don’t know if it could drive outdoor speakers for a dance party, but for a room it is plenty.

One of the guys: First off the sound quality tone and power of this small machine is phenomenal. A lot of power in such a small package. That being said, I noticed when it has been on for like a half hour, the left output terminals are very warm and I was concerned with that. I returned it for a replacement and the replacement has the same anomaly. Not as warm as the first one, but still a mystery. I was going to open the second one to see what component is actually getting so warm, but could not figure out how to get the case open.

Hulkdad: I needed a small, easy to hide amplifier to run a set of rock speakers for a hideaway backyard movie theater project. I also wanted to run the amp through an additional splitter to power a set of speakers in conjunction by a swimming pool. I have had a good experience with compact Class D amps and was looking for something with just a little more power than the 15 WPC unit I already owned.

This seemed to fit the checklist. It's extremely compact, well featured and reasonable priced. I came into this purchase with the understanding that Class D specifications are typically over-inflated and should not be taken for granted. The power supply can also make a tremendous impact on these amps and having an underpowered supply prohibits the amp from performing anywhere near it's peak. This amp does still come with some of those caveats:

For starters, it does indeed only ship with a 19 Volt 4.7 Amp power supply which is not enough to achieve the claimed 50 Watts per channel. However, it's still plenty of power for what these amps are designed for.

Secondly, the sound signature of the amp is relatively flat, though it does roll off pretty quickly as the bass increases....
