Lever Espresso: Not much more to say than the headline, this is so handy to have in the cupboard for a quick snack, or to incorporate in a meal when one doesn’t have the time to cook a batch of rice. Tried several other brands, all seem good, but this is the one that in our family we feel tastes best so far. Definitely expensive compared to making rice yourself, but worth it for the convenience when needed.

David Garcia: I love Japanese rice, but I don't really have the patience all the preparation that goes into washing and measuring sushi rice for traditional rice cookers. So this is a great alternative for me.
I just open the cover to the line and microwave. How simple! The portion size is perfect for me, and I also like to wash and reuse the little white bowls for microwaving one cup portions of other leftovers (casseroles, mac and cheese, etc.)
I am happy with Nishiki brand microwave sushi rice, and will be sure have more delivered by Amazon with future orders.

jacko: Product is good, however in the Vancouver area Asian grocery stores, the same 6 pack sells for $17.94.
Outrageous mark-up on Amazon!!!
