They sell you on how powerful this is but put CHEAP nylon gears in it. See picture of these gears. Of course it’s out of warranty. Used 7 times since October. How convenient that they offer a replacement part for $50.00, waste of money.

James Barnette: The blender is as described, easy to clean, powerful, it's a nice machine. I've found myself using it to make dough pretty often, the attachment is very nice and has enough power to mix nicely; might go for something slightly more powerful next time though for dough. It blends smoothies and milkshakes like a dream. It's also got a safety feature with the lids, it'll only operate if they're locked on. I like that. Cleanup is easy enough, not everything is as easy as it can be but it's definitely not tasking.

It's a good machine! Though my cup blender attachment (whatever that blade is called) was cracked when I got it. I didn't notice it until liquid slowly leaked through it onto the base, so that kinda sucked.

I love my Ninja! The system has all the attachments to be a complete kitchen appliance (food processer, blender, etc.) and easily handles a single smoothie for me up to a LARGE batch of Margarita's for a crowd! AND, it nicely and evenly chops food without turning it into mush!

Sunshine: I love this machine! I had a Ninja blender that was getting on in age as well as another brand of food processor that I was not happy with. I wanted to upgrade to this complete unit and read lots of positive reviews so decided to give it a try since I had always really liked my ninja blender. Well I am very happy with this purchase and thrilled that there's actually a fine hard cheese grater with a food processor, as most brands do not include this blade. The only thing I wish it had that I feel is missing is another blade size for shredding and slicing. My last, Cuisinart food processor had two blades for those cuts, one that made thicker and one thinner. This only has the one size and sometimes the shredder on that blade is thicker than I'd like for certain things. Otherwise I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Amanda: I LOVE LOVE LOVE this thing! I have been wanting one for such a long time. Now, the only thing I have gotten to use it for so far is to make smoothies for my family but it did an excellent job. It came with all the pieces. It's very sturdy and powerful. It is loud but what blender isn't lol I love it and would recommend it to anyone. I even get to use it as a food processor for things like cauliflower pizza crust!! Very easy cleanup, you can put most of it in the dishwasher even. I'm so excited!!
