It was easy to assemble. Directions were clear. The only negative was we were shorted 3 flat washers.

This is a follow up review to the one below. I was contacted by the vendor after submitting the issue with the left pedal & within a week they completely resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Based on other reviews I'm excited to start using my new bike now that the left pedal problem has been resolved.
Original review: After reading through all the reviews I was excited about this purchase. Unfortunately, I can't complete the assembly because the left pedal will not screw into the pedal shaft. I did not have a problem with the right pedal attaching properly to the bike. I contacted the seller 2 days ago asking if a replacement left pedal could be sent but have not heard back from them. So I've currently paid over $150 for a half assembled bike which cannot be used. When I read through the reviews there were at least 2 others who had issues with missing screws and a bent handlebar shaft.

Price was great, delivery was great so far I enjoyed the bike BUT I am not finished putting it together I am missing the four screws for the information panel. It's been 4 days since I've email the manufacturer and still waiting to hear from them. Instructions not very clear took two of us approximately an hour and 45 minutes. I look forward to using the bike as a whole but as of now I do like the quality comfort and noise level of it.
