Mr. T. Day: En général on est mieux soigné en faisant movement mais en certaines situations un support lumbar pendant quelques semaines peut être efficace. Ce support est bien conçu malgré le fait qu’il manque un peu de largeur. Il soutien assez bien la partie en question et il est durable et confortable.

Carl Thomas Boone: I suffer from sciatica, for several years, I have used a $500 brace (which is heavier and more of a straight jacket than this) to ensure proper posture. I'm really not sure that these braces provide any real pain relief. However, they definitely do help you when it comes to stretching, bending, sitting and standing -and generally maintaining good posture. Now this brace is not nearly as limiting as the professional brace provided by neurologist. But I find it more comfortable, lighter, and more flexible especially for routine chores. The brace is well made and easily adjusted. I don't expect it to last nearly as long as the other but then the cost was much less and I still have them both to use, as appropriate. I am not a doctor to I hesitate to advise anyone who suffers from lumbar problems to use a brace like this one without consulting their doctor first. But I am quite happy with this brace - especially as a "supplementary" aid to maintaining proper posture.

Scott: Really, all in all about a 3.75 star rating. As we get older, a lot of people get a little bigger around the mid section. And our core muscles get a little weaker, and our back are easy to tweak & hurt. This one is big enough for me. I wish it was a tad stiffer on my back area. The front straps are good and strong and it's flexible.
