Julie: At last a product that actually works, and is not harmful. I've tried endless products as I suffer really bad with insomnia, it says to place 4 drops on your tongue but im in bed with no mirror so I guess its half the pipet, and enjoy the best nights sleep. I dont use it every night, only if I've had a restless night before. 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ from me.
