MeMe: Floralife does a great job with cut flowers. It keeps the water clear, and if you are diligent about changing the water and trimming the stems every couple days, you can really extend the life of a bouquet.
Recently, however, it had an experience with this product which even exceeded those expectations. It seems that a a squirrel had felled one of my outdoor lily plants, leaving an 8 inch stem topped by green leaves and tiny, tight flower buds. Just for the heck of it, I stuck it in a glass with Floralife. It took several weeks, but the buds tripled in size and opened up in full bloom, just as if it was still connected to the plant outside.
I don’t know what is in this stuff, but it is amazing. Maybe I should start adding it to my coffee in the morning!
