Beanie: I have been using Bach flower remedies for a few years now. I mainly use them when I'm feeling overwhelmed with what ever is going on in my life. They do seem to help, not sure if its the placebo effect or not, however I do seem to feel better when using them. My mind appears more settled and I think a lot less of what ever is bothering me. I will often mix my own bottle up with different flower remedies in, mixed with spring water and take with me when I go to work or have by my bed.
I would say read up on which ones may help you before buying, as there are a lot of different varieties that all do something different. I bought a low priced book on the above 1st that has proved invaluable.

Stacey: I've been using White Chestnut sporatically over the last 10 years. A couple drops of this on my tongue at bedtime helps me fall asleep faster, and I sleep like a rock! The taste is pretty strong, but I just follow it with water and it's fine. Definitely eases any nervous tension and thoughts that won't let you peacefully fall asleep!

Francesca Kitson: Recommended by my counsellor for panic and worry. I have found it helpful, even if i am not entirely sold on the medicinal side of things I still calm down after putting some in my tea. Wouldnt recommend putting it on your tongue unless you really need to, it mainly tastes of alcohol. Had an interview recently and after having some I was much more relaxed and prepared. So even if you are a skeptic, sometimes just knowing you have it can be helpful.
