Noname: It is easy to transport, which is so important to me. It is a great massager with shiatsu and air compression which I can regulate. It also has heat if you want it and is perfect reflexology. Very easy to use and effective.

Amazon Customer: I originally complained that the Power cord keept falling out, but I glued it and it works fine now. And know that this is a really good machine from a foot massage point of view.
Anyhow, after my original review Nekteck reached out to me offering to replace the unit which I thought was first class. So kudos to them for being a caring company! Changed my review to 5 stars.

Michael Adams: Wife has plantarfacitist and she says it relieves some if not most of the symptoms, giving more movement. Power cord connection is not the most sturdy.

Nash: it is exactly what has been advertised for, well built, good finishing, good mechanism so far. it really does relief some of the pain if you know how to use it. better follow the manufacture tips. it has 3 levels of pressing and massaging with different speeds. very quiet, almost soundless. yes I do recommend it for daily afterwork use.

Steve Cross: I bought this massager for my wife,who has had foot trouble her whole life.She's like me,with a very high arch and as we've gotten older,arthritis is compounding the issues. We both feel that the massage portion is great--she was very happy with the choice of settings and ability to tailor the massage.I have to agree--she wanted me to try it,and I must say,even at the "medium" intensity setting,the massage is very firm and relaxing. It is a little noisey;not "whisper quiet" as some reviews have claimed,but not extremely loud either.The biggest issue is the lack of feeling "heat". She gave it the full 15 minutes and she never really felt anything close to heat.I also tried it for about 10 minutes,and got pretty well the same results.I could feel just a little warmth on the arches and sides of my feet,but still not what I would call "heat"--maybe I'm just not used to "infrared" heat,since I expected something closer to heating pad heat. Other than the heat issue,we both think it's a great product with easy to use controls,and one nice bonus is the feature of being able to unzip and remove the foot sleeves and wash them. She's keeping it for now,and we'll see how things go for the...

Clayton Serben: This is the second foot massager I have owned. The first one had the air bag feature stop working, so I sent it back for a refund. This one is better than that one, but it could still be better. The shiatsu massge on the bottom of the feet is OK, and can be a bit rough on bonier parts of the underside of your foot, but I can handle it. A thick pair of socks relieves that. Its a bit big for my size 9.5 feet, so the airbags don't squeeze as much as I would prefer. However, I think they are set up with a pressure relief valve mechanism, because I put on 3 pairs of thick sock to see if I could get it to squeeze a bit harder, but it just seemed to kick out sooner, when it reached a certain amount of pressure. This could be just me, because I want it to squeeze pretty hard. Otherwise, this one is acceptable.

JayCee2021: The media could not be loaded.  Bought this as a gift for my parents as they enjoy long walks/hikes and often left with tired feet after.

The product is exactly as described - with adjustable massage and air pressure settings, infrared heat, and two time frame settings (15/30 min). It’s fairly light which makes it easy to carry around the house. We particularly liked the air pressure as it creates this very realistic squeezing feeling on the feet.

Since the inside (where your feet goes) is quite spacious, you may have to adjust your feet back and forth until you find an angle that works for you, or if there’s particular part of your feet that you want to focus on.

The only downside is it’s a bit noisy, as can be heard in the video. It’s this vibrating/buzzing noise that’s common in massage equipment so it’s not too bad. Other than that I really don’t have any complaints! Would recommend it to friends and family!

The speed of the knead, compression and heat allows a customized massage to your preferences. My husband has plantar faciatis, and I have bunions and Mortons neuromas and absolutely love the compression feature that slowly squeezes and releases pressure all around my feet. This massager has helped us both reduce the pain in our feet even after just one use. The massager is light weight and easy to move and carry with the top handle. It weights approx 8.5 lbs. And feels super light to carry. The ONLY drawback for us is that the massager makes electronic beeps when you turn it on and are choosing your settings. It does not beep when the massage cycle ends. That type of beeping sound causes our dog great anxiety, similar to when she hears the smoke detector low battery warning. We were not able to find a way to disable or block/muffle the sound. If you have pets in the home with this issue, it is something to take into consideration. Other than that, I give this foot massager 5 stars!
